1. What is Pinch of Spice?
Answer: Pinch of Spice is a modern Bangladeshi and Indian restaurant in order to bring the indigenous and classic dishes from all corners of Bangladesh and India with the modern twist in this part of the world.

2. What is the process of online ordering?
Answer: Navigate our dishes page i.e. "Lunch" / "À La Carte" and add menu to your basket. Continue to checkout by fill in all required information on every step and finally place order.

3. How can I change the password to my account?
Answer: To change your account password, Log in to your account first then click on the “Change Password” link given at the Dashboard panel. You would need to enter your old password along with new password. Finally submit the change password form.

4. How many account can I create?
Answer: Not more than one please against one mobile number or email address!

5. How can I update/edit my account?
Answer: You can update your account only after you login to PINCHOFSPICE.SE. Once you have logged in to your account. To edit your account, click on the "Modify Address" link. It is recommended that you update your account regularly. Pinch of Spice often contact to its customer if there is any need.

6. How do I search for relevant dishes?
Answer: Search gives you an option to look for relevant dishes based on your specific taste. To search for a dish, you can use the given search option given on the home page. It is recommended that you specify the keywords, preferred cuisine type criteria to access dish search results which are closest to what you are looking for.

7. Is Pinch of Spice store credit card data?
Answer: No! Pinch of Spice doesn't store any credit card information of customer. All card payment securely transacted by using number 1 payment gateway Stripe.
